Who We Are:
Legacy Motorsports is a veteran-owned precision engine machine shop in Cape Coral, Florida serving Southwest Florida. We machine automotive and marine engines: cylinder heads, blocks, valve jobs, short blocks, long blocks, and complete performance builds.
William brings a background in finance, an MBA, and is a retired US Army Veteran. He grew up restoring muscle cars alongside his father and brings his passion for automotive and marine performance to Southwest Florida. Working alongside him is Master Machinist Anthony (Tony), with high-level industry experience in automotive and marine machining. Together they run a disciplined shop with real machining capability.

Cylinder Head Services
Cylinder Head Port and Polish (per head) – $550
Performance cylinder head porting and polishing designed to increase airflow and power while maintaining correct valve geometry. Ideal for high-performance street, race, and marine applications.
Cylinder Head Rebuild (per head) – $775
Complete cylinder head rebuild including inspection, valve guide replacement, valve job, spring package, and final assembly. Designed to restore full performance and reliability for automotive and marine engines.
Valve Guide Replacement (per hour) – $150
Precision valve guide replacement for proper valvetrain geometry and
durability.
Valve Refacing Only (per valve) – $12
Professional valve refacing to restore a proper sealing surface.
3 Angle Valve Job (per valve) – $24
Professional 3-angle valve job performed to improve airflow, valve sealing, and overall cylinder head performance. This precision service restores proper valve geometry and is ideal for both street performance and high-RPM applications.
Block Services
Cylinder Bore & Hone (per hole) – $65
Precision cylinder boring and honing performed in Cape Coral to restore proper cylinder geometry and surface finish. This service ensures optimal piston ring seal, oil control, and long-term engine reliability for performance builds and restorations.
Block Cleaning / Magnaflux – $175
Complete engine block cleaning and Magnaflux inspection to detect cracks or defects before any precision machining begins.
